Here's What To Expect Over The Coming Weeks...

1. In the next few days you’ll receive your kit ready for the engineer’s visit. Just keep it to one side.

2. One of our expert engineers will visit and install all of your equipment and get your system all set up and ready to use.

3. Once Fitted, the engineer will call our head office. A member of the team will then run through everything to check your system is set up just as you wanted it.

4. When finished, you will receive a call from our head of finance to run through your entire package one final time to check you are happy with everything.

5. After this, we will then start the transfer from your old provider to Yo. This usually takes 4-5 weeks and during this time, your dedicated project manager will continually check in with you to see how everything is going.
